The words in each item have a common association which you must find. The answer is either a single word or an explanation and receives 0, 0.5 or 1 point. Books, computers and internet may be used as reference aids but don’t consult other people. There is no time limit. You may submit answers only once and all answers must be sent at the same time. No corrections or additions are allowed. E-mail your answers with your name and prior scores on other IQ and aptitude tests to http://www.sigmasociety.com/contatos/sigma_formulario.asp and require the address to send the fee (€15 or US$ 15 or £ 10 in cash).

This test is used for admission to Sigma Society and ISI-S. The following scores represent the cut-off scores for admission to Sigma Society’s segments:

Sigma V:  29/36 (provisory) 
Sigma IV: 22.5/36 
Sigma III: 17/36 
Sigma V subscriber: 12/36
Sigma II:  8.5/36
