The members can suggest names and the approved ones will receive invitations.
Prominent intellectuals whose sum of the works is considered representative
of the level of rarity 99.9% or above are approved. The approval requests independent
analysis of at least 3 members and 75% of favorable votes (abstinences are not
considered).
